Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through any website, funnel page, or checkout operated by Wendy Raven, LLC, doing business as Designed To Be HER™. By completing any purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.

01All Sales Are Final
THE COMPANY DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS OF ANY KIND FOR ANY PRODUCT, PROGRAM, SERVICE, COACHING ENGAGEMENT, OR DIGITAL CONTENT.

This applies to all offerings without exception, including but not limited to:

  • 1:1 coaching and consulting programs
  • Group programs, masterminds, and cohort-based experiences
  • Online courses and self-study materials
  • Paid diagnostic reports and bespoke written deliverables
  • Digital downloads and any downloadable resources
  • Membership access and subscription-based offerings
  • Any other offer or product made available through Company websites or funnels

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the offer details, understand what you are purchasing, and agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstance, including:

  • Dissatisfaction with the content or delivery
  • Failure to use or access the purchased product or program
  • Change in personal or professional circumstances
  • Partial completion of a program or course
  • Purchasing multiple products or programs simultaneously
  • Failure to complete required onboarding or intake steps
02Payment Plans

If you have enrolled in a payment plan for any program or service, you are obligated to complete all scheduled installments in full. This obligation applies regardless of whether you continue to participate in or engage with the program.

If you choose to discontinue participation before completing a payment plan, the full remaining balance remains due and collectible. The Company reserves the right to suspend your access to any program or platform until all outstanding payments have been received.

If payments are not made on time, the outstanding balance shall bear interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the due date until paid in full. The Company reserves the right to take appropriate collection action, including removal from the program.

03Force Majeure

In the event that the Company is unable to deliver a purchased Service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control — including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, illness, government restrictions, power outages, or third-party platform failures — the following terms apply:

  • The Company will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of the event and its expected impact on delivery.
  • The Company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions or deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
  • No refund will be issued solely on the basis of a Force Majeure Event, provided that the Company makes reasonable efforts to deliver the Services once the event has passed.
  • Where rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit toward a future program or offering of equal value. This credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
04Chargebacks

You agree to contact the Company at [email protected] to resolve any billing concern directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your financial institution or payment processor. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution with the Company constitutes a breach of our Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a chargeback, you will forfeit access to all Company products and services immediately. The Company reserves the right to present your agreement to these Terms and evidence of your access to purchased products and services to the relevant financial institution or processor.

The Company reserves the right to pursue collection of any amounts subject to an unauthorized chargeback, including associated fees and costs.

The Company is committed to ensuring that every client understands exactly what they are purchasing before any transaction is completed. If you are uncertain about whether a particular offering is right for you, please contact us before purchasing. No refund will be issued on the basis that the offer did not meet expectations that were not communicated prior to purchase.
