If you have enrolled in a payment plan for any program or service, you are obligated to complete all scheduled installments in full. This obligation applies regardless of whether you continue to participate in or engage with the program.
If you choose to discontinue participation before completing a payment plan, the full remaining balance remains due and collectible. The Company reserves the right to suspend your access to any program or platform until all outstanding payments have been received.
If payments are not made on time, the Company reserves the right to take appropriate collection action, including removal from the program.
You agree to contact the Company at [email protected] to resolve any billing concern directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your financial institution or payment processor.
In the event of a chargeback, you will forfeit access to all Company products and services immediately. The Company reserves the right to present your agreement to these Terms and evidence of your access to purchased products and services to the relevant financial institution or processor.
